January is the start of a new year, where everyone is happy, and at the same time, even more busy than usual, because they have to report and compile the last year's data, for the annual Management Review meeting.
The organizational feel, during this time, is very solitary, where people want to be left alone, to focus on their own projects.
The Management Review - which I took a part in was very useful, and it basically showed to different parts of the organization where everyone stands.
