Change of Supervisor or Manager:
The thing was I had a very good supervisor, which was giving me a lot of work, which kept me busy, and I was thankful for, but when she switched departments, I was left with little work.
The change of Supervisor or Manager, is a strange transition, because your used to this person, and you created a bond between each other, so when that's gone, especially nearing the end of your term, its difficult to deal with.
